There are a range of different volunteering possibilities with YCT which we hope to become active in the next few months. We anticipate more opportunities opening up in the future.
You can also volunteer for us on a much more informal basis by writing articles, making videos, helping us out with one-off events etc.
General Volunteers- We need support with reaching out to organisations, with social media, with updating the website, with providing support on the LinkedIn group, with writing articles, with supporting individual potential young trustees and charities who want to reach out to them. General volunteers may also be called upon to represent YCT at events.
Trustees’ Week 2012 Volunteer- We were firm supporters of Trustees’ Week 2011 and have been asked by the Charity Commission to help with 2012 http://trusteesweek.blogspot.com/ A dedicated volunteer will be needed to help our work with this and will need to help get as much publicity for the week as possible through a variety of exciting means.
